Identification: A copy (front and back) of a driver's license for all adult occupants. References: One personal or business reference, and contact information for your previous landlord for a rental verification. Occupant and Pet Disclosure: You'll need to disclose all occupants (adults and children) and any pets that will live in the home. Move-In Costs The total move-in cost will include at least one full month's rent plus the security deposit. The security deposit amount depends on your credit score. Minimum credit score is 500. Security Deposit: The standard security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. If you have a credit score under 625, an additional deposit will be required, but we can work with you!
