With brick flooring. Two bedrooms with their own closets and windows. With hardwood flooring. One bathroom. Unfortunately, we only have pictures of one of the bedrooms since our current tenant is in the process of moving out. You can leave a text message, but please no phone calls. Landlord pays for all utilities. Rent may increase over-time due to higher costs, but not much. Deposit and first month is due at signing. No smoking, or pets. Preferably for one or two tenants.
