The garage is equipped with overhead storage system. We, the owners, live minutes away and manage the property ourselves. The home comes fully equipped with kitchenware, towels, blankets. $4200 for a 6-month and longer lease. $4500 month-to-month. ALL utilities are included with $350 allowance.
