This private room doesn't have access to the rest of the house, so it's just the private room and a shared bathroom. No pets, smoking, drugs or guest allowed. One individual per room. My dogs are on my side of the house and the backyard, they won't bother you. The rooms are on the second floor and there's a private entrance to the second floor through the outside. All bills paid, including internet. You'll have access to the second floor only, so no kitchen or living room, but each room has a full size bed, microwave, mini fridge and TV. Locks in every bedroom for privacy. Towels and bedding provided. Street parking is available. Month to month ok. You can also pay $150 weekly. $150 refundable deposit.
