The apartment complex has breed restrictions on dogs, but no weight limits which is rare for the area. It is right across the street from Meijer which just got renovated for easy grocery shopping. Across Shick Road is the Stratford Square Mall and other stores. FIRST MONTH RENT FREE. I will pay November rent if the lease is signed by September 30th. Tenant responsible for gas and electricity accounts. Management gives a monthly bill for water, sewer, and trash. Lease is until June 2018. No security deposit required.
