It is pet friendly, but with an additional cost of $45, near Walmart, 10 minutes to campus (by car), has a bus route nearby, and has a gym, pool, and spa. If you want to pay for a parking spot it's an option but not required tidy roommates, both male roommates, looking for a male or female replacement. One roommate already has a cat. Washer and dryer in the apartment, internet is paid through rent, air conditioning, and heater. The dishwasher is available, and the furniture is already in the apartment, however, the room is empty. The bathroom is shared with one of the roommates (male roommate- he keeps it clean). Rent varies on bills most of the time it's around (lowest) $550 - $685 (highest), so expect 600. Our previous contract is ending on January 31st so after we can discuss how long we will renew the contract. **There is a deposit for the next contact (after January 31st) so if you don't have a down deposit that's fine because the contract is ending soon.
