(Average gas $40 per month) - You can lock your bike in the basement - 1 Cat allowed upon approval and non-refundable pet fee of $250. No Dogs. - Short walking distance to Pho Hong, Taco Gordo, Butch & Babes, Barrio Bakery, Knead Bakery, Little Morocco Cafe, Pizzeria Ida, Drifters, Shinjuku Station, Sangha Yoga Studio, Community Health Center and less than a mile to City Market Co-Op and Church Street - Responsive building manager- I will call you quickly and will resolve your issues quickly.
