A great historic house in a historic neighborhood with a large back yard. The neighborhood is a very nice, safe, historic neighborhood. The house is in great shape with nice hardwood floors throughout. We will require a one year lease. The lawn service fee can be waived if you are willing to mowe the lawns in the summer. This house is located in a great neighboorhood, it is safe, walking distance to several coffee shops, bars, and resteraunts. The street is mostly young couples with childeren, so a great enviroment for somone with small kids.
