The house is available for rent (today) though, we are doing a few extra things such as ceramic tie floor in one bathroom. We are considering adding Central Heat & Air but, that will add $50 to the cost of the rent. Our rent/deposit works like this. You can pay the rent plus same amount for deposit or you may wish to wave the deposit and pay an additional $50 per month / every month in rent. We are a very strict company. If you have ever been evicted or ask to leave by a Landlord I am not the Landlord you should attempt to rent from. We require a clean property and No Smoking in doors.
