Street parking and guest parking available, although street parking can be competitive. Current roommate and I can work on saving street parking spots if needed. There is a small dog 20lb dog in apartment. He's old and mellow. Water charge, trash valet is included in total rent, PGE and Internet will be paid separately (roughly $70-$90 per month depending on electricity usage). Looking for someone to sign the lease who has stable income, good credit, is easy to get along with. Is social but also respects boundaries. Can keep common areas clean.
