Washer and dryer in unit. Community pool is also near by and you'll have an assigned parking. Utils not included. I'm the owner of the property but will not be living there. Current tenant is a professional Caucasian male. He's in the culinary business. He's been there for 3+ years and he's drama free. I'm looking for another laid back tenant. 1 year lease. No smoking inside.
