A $500 nonrefundable hold can secure your spot. This is a men-only sober living home. This inviting shared room offers comfort and functionality, featuring large windows that fill the space with natural light and sleek laminate hardwood floors for a modern, clean aesthetic. Located on the main level, the room provides easy access to shared spaces, ensuring convenience. Each resident has their own designated space to ensure privacy and organization in a shared living environment. Shared areas include a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. The family room, complete with a large 60" TV and comfortable seating, is perfect for relaxing or connecting with housemates. With high-speed WiFi and a prime location near public transportation, shopping, and the beach, this men-only home combines convenience, comfort, and community to support your recovery journey. California law recognizes that sober living programs operating under program agreements are not governed by California Civil Code Section 1940 et seq., which addresses landlord-tenant relationships. Program participants do not hold tenancy rights; their residency is contingent on compliance with program rules and requirements. Residency is provided on a month-to-month basis, subject to adherence to the program agreement and rules. Participants must remain abstinent from alcohol and drugs, participate in a structured recovery program, and demonstrate respectful and cooperative behavior. Threatening or violent actions are strictly prohibited. Compliance includes random drug testing, adherence to a 10:30 PM curfew (unless pre-approved), and allowing property searches for safety and compliance. Guests are not permitted, and participants are expected to maintain personal and common areas, contribute to daily chores, and refrain from romantic or sexual relationships with other residents. Attendance at required appointments and communication with external support systems such as therapists or sponsors is mandatory. Either party may terminate the agreement with 72 hours' written notice.
