The neighborhood is very mixed. There are a lot of families and singles living in the neighborhood. The people are very friendly and it has a close knit feel to it. There are often block parties organized by the Homeowner's Association and everyone there looks out for one another. I truly enjoyed my neighbors and I am confident anyone would feel the same way.
