You will likely have horses right outside your home as we use the pasture for some of our herd. No pets are allowed. Wild Plum Farm is offered for a minimum of 30 days and longer-term rentals will be considered. Security Deposits dependent on length of stay. Our farm is within a neighborhood - late night noise and parties will not be tolerated. Minimum 30 day rental Water included. Utilities included for one month rentals. Utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant for rentals longer than one month. No pets. No smoking.
