Phone me first - with plenty of lead time for inside viewing as it takes me an hour to drive there if I am at my other home. One-bedroom, plenty of windows on the outside wall of the unit, kitchen, restroom with standup shower, stove, & fridge. Believe the last time I listed this unit in a wooded area between Rt, 25 and the Fox River, the Trulia app. had a picture of the front/exterior. Google maps should get you there, careful driving in, lots of hills, curves, a few blind spots. AC if wanted will be a window unit that I do not provide. Possibility of some additional storage in the townhouse's basement. (humid, gravel floor that MAY develop slight puddles after a heavy storm, not generally a problem) only two immediate neighboring houses kitty-corner, the rest is woods or wooded lots. Should be vacated at the end of the month and I would be able to have it ready within a week or less/will accommodate the first-month rental amount. Rents are due on the first of the month. Cable/Wi-Fi is available at your cost, multiple companies service the area. Renter pays electricity and gas/ all separated by unit (3 all told) no pets. Respect must be shown to fellow renters in the unit. No unreasonable disturbances and the same is expected of the other two units there.
