Looking for two single roommates for two private bedrooms for rent in my 5 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. All utilities included, except wifi. Central AC/heat. I live in the bottom floor and the rooms for rent and bathrooms are in the upper floor. Each would share a bathroom only with one more person (one is used by a woman and the other by a man). There is a shared kitchenette area with a fridge and microwave **no stove, no cooking** Perfect for someone who eats outside or warms up food. You could put a coffeemaker if you'd like. There is a shared living room with a TV. Parking is free on the street and my neighborhood has a free parking space for about 30 cars right in front of my house. I have a laundry in the basement for an extra fee. No smoking of any kind. No alcohol drinking in shared areas. Pick up after yourself. House cleaning is done by my house cleaner lady once a month only in shared areas.
