To view the unit, you would enter through the white metal gate, follow the brick path around to your left all the way to the back of the property and you will see a tall gate on the right hand side - look for brass numeral #5 - next to the garage door - go through the gate and this will provide you access to cottage. There is no construction paper on the floors. The apartment is complete and you can now view as it would have looked it without all of the rain. The cottage offer the following amenities: The cottage has a truss beam ceiling with custom lighting, 2 ceiling fans, one via remote control and a Victorian shelf which helps divide the living room and kitchen from the bedroom and bathroom. The cottage has beautiful laminate flooring throughout and custom woodwork. There is a recessed gas fireplace heater with custom mantle above. The kitchen features a frost free refer, icemaker is broken and will not be replaced, white self cleaning gas range with microwave range hood above, white formica counters and white kitchen cabinets and a garbage disposal. There is a small room off of the kitchen to the left which has a closet in it with a new metal bin that slides for additional storage and mirrored sliding closet doors The bathroom has an additional closet with a double dowel rack system, built-n shoe rack at the bottom with mirrored sliding closet doors. The bathroom is brand new and features a new deep soaking tub with new plumbing for excellent water pressure, new bath tile, new bath floor tile, new vanity with granite top, new faucet and storage, 2 side by side, mirrored medicine cabinets, new light fixture and new stain nickel light fixture. The bedroom can be separated by closing the accordian doors. We are going to provide the keys to future resident so you will be able to get your money back after you finish your laundry. If they break, we are not going to fix them or replace them. There is also a large storage loft above the washer and dryer hook-ups that you can access via the built-in ladder. The cottage also features custom landscaping - bouganvelia and jasmine all on drip irrigation. We offer one off street parking spot in front of the garage in the back.
