And that doesn't count the outdoor deck area with pool/hot tub - skip to the last paragraph if you want to hear about the best part! Spacious, full kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, smoothie blender, toaster, and Ninja coffee machine that does excellent cold brew or over ice coffee (in additional to normal coffee). There is a large storage room for your use attached to the kitchen, and there's also storage in the garage available. Enter one hallway to access your private 1 bedroom/1 bath fully furnished apartment with large, comfy sectional and TV with guess access to basically every large streaming app. The bedroom has a comfortable, memory foam queen bed, standing desk, and closet (there's another closet in the hallway that leads out to the deck that is for your use as well). The bedframe has 2 drawers, and the book shelf also has 2 drawers for your use. You can use the bookshelves that separate the rooms for personal decorations, or for putting your clothes on. If you'd like to shut off the view from the living room, just pull down the bamboo shades. The bathroom with shower is in the living room, along with the washer/dryer. Everything is brand new! So the best part is undoubtedly the outdoor area - the other hallway enters out directly onto the deck. My house is the end of a quiet, dead-end street, with almost 2 acres of land, so enjoying the quiet outdoors never gets old. I have a large deck with pool and hot tub that you are allowed to use anytime (I just ask that you be respectful). I also have a TV outside on a rolling cart - hop in the pool (closed during off-season) or hot tub (open year-round) after a long day and watch a game or a show (TV has same access to all apps as indoor one, and I have my Wi-Fi set up to reach the entire property. Care must be exercised when using the TV outside). Or fire up the grill and watch the game, enjoy cornhole on the deck, or a game of horseshoes in the backyard, or shoot some hoops on my basketball goal. Or fire up the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the outdoors. Please note that I have 2 large dogs (golden retriever and golden shepherd), both of which are very friendly.
