Shaded sky light Optional furniture as part of this rental and as seen in ad: Queen "very comfortable pillow top mattress" and bed frame Please note: if bed portion is chosen to be part of this rental, one fitted sheet, two pillows and two pillow cases are also optional with this bedding. 5 drawer newer blackish IKEA dresser Tenants use 1/one hall private/shared bathroom, of which is mainly used for the three rented rooms here. There is not an issue with shared use of the hall bathroom, as the house rules keep the use organized. I prefer long term house members. Other terms: if a tenant or landlord chooses to end such a rental agreement, 30 days written notice is to be provided by either person. Please state your desired and or anticipated stay. Each house member is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and there are household cleaning items for all to use and keep in the specified location.
