Great location- less than a block from High Street and a perfect location for quick and easy access to campus! Rent is $1600 per month (or $800 per person) including gas and electric! There is also a covered parking garage attached to the apartment building-if you are interested in parking we can discuss the cost for the parking permit (way better than street parking and having to parallel park!)
