There are four steps to access the house, but once inside, there are no additional steps. The house is well proportioned and very comfortable. We make every effort to keep it very clean and inviting. Most people say it's a "happy house" where they've made lasting memories. Guest access The pool is open from April to October 2026. As our tenant, you will have access to the entire house. OR MONTHLY RENTALS, Please take note that you will be responsible for paying the following charges in addition to the rent: Heating: We will collect a $600 deposit and return any unused funds. The housekeeper comes to clean once per week. You will be responsible for paying them $35/hour. They take about 3-4? hours to clean. Please note that all my past guests love our housekeepers.
