My roommates and I are looking for a reliable roommate (preferably female) to fill our four bedroom 2 bathroom house. Our other roommate unfortunately has to move home and won't be able to continue out the remainder of our lease. Move in would be the 1st of January 2015 and move out would be July 9th (June being the last month of rent that needs to be paid.) Our house is located within biking and walking distance of ODU. Utilities are not included in with the rent but generally only run between 80-100 a also have 2 friendly cats that live here so no pet allergies please! Picture are available upon request!
