Looking for a minimalist month-to-month renter who appreciates detail, beauty, craftsmanship & simplicity of lifestyle. $1,400/month including utilities & lawn care queen bed in open loft (can stand upright in middle) Crib sized toddler bed in a separate tiny loft (bedroom with a door) Two cot sized beds in main floor tiny bunk room (bedroom with a door) It has a tub/shower, full sized fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove, porch facing the woods, large closet on main floor, & small leather couch (it's a fully furnished home with organic linens) and washer dryer next door a few steps away in the shed. Also outdoor fire pit and lawn maintenance included, shared play areas with trampoline. We're looking for renters who like to live minimally since it's a fully furnished 450sqft home and simplicity really makes the experience enjoyable and beautiful. We built this home with love and craftsmanship, and want that to be valued by our renters:) We can do anywhere up to one year lease. Or we could just do month-to-month, giving at least one month notice before moving out. There are no fees and utilities are included in the rent price.
