Due to research abroad, I am subletting my beautiful apartment to short-term renters over the summer. The apartment is available from April 30, 2026, to August 31, 2026 (a bit flexible, but priority will be given to tenants renting the apartment for the entire period). The apartment is located within walking distance (8 minutes) to the Princeton campus, in a beautifully maintained community of houses and gardens. The apartment will be fully furnished, has central AC and heating, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge and freezer, a bathtub, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated working space (height-adjustable desk) with a beautiful view of the garden. Right in front of the apartment, you will find a cozy hanging chair and a small table for relaxing and spending the summer nights. Because I am an avid reader, you will find many books throughout the apartment, all of which you're, of course, welcome to read during your stay. The apartment's landlord lives just down the road and can help with minor maintenance issues. Heat and AC can be regulated via an app. Apartment available for short-term sublease from April 30 August 31, 2026. $2,850 base rent + $150 flat fee for utilities. Private parking available in front of apartment complex. No smoking, no pets. Tenants willing to rent for the entire period will be prefered.
