Hurricane Ian damaged home in Thunderbird Park. Partial damage to the roofover installed in 1990, but original roof is intact. No leaks during storm, just storm surge damage. Floors are plywood and are still structurally sound. Storm surge inside home was 1 1/2 feet. Paneling/insulation needs replacing along with floor coverings. Upper kitchen cabinets are OK, but lowers need replacing (Home Depot). Master bath vanity needs replacing (Mobile Home Depot), but shower installation is OK. All areas with signs of mold were treated with chlorine and mold killer. Carport, shed, and Florida room are all intact, as is all exterior siding. Gutters will need replacing. This would also make an ideal site for a new mobile home, as it is on one of the pet permitted streets in the park. Unit has 10 year old central air/heat system, but would recommend professional service before using. Main electrical panel was NOT submerged during the storm. Pricing reflects actual land value, which you will own.
