Mini barn, Gazebo (we have the cover), manicured lawn, many many perennials, everything you've always wanted and it is already Done for you. Oh, this house even has an inside !! Massive kitchen and dining area, big enough for all of the family gatherings and right off the Insanely large patio I mentioned earlier. A Center Island, a gas fireplace, lots of lighting and lots of fun will happen here. Bedrooms are all a good size but the primary bedroom is Ginormous (peek in the closet, you'll have a pleasant surprise). Garage is very nice and even has an RV hookup installed. This house is close to everything... food, fun, fantastic schools and not far off of I-74 so quick into Indy as well. Super low bills... currently last 12 mo average under 300 per month for Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer and trash... I haven't seen those low costs in forever. Bonus !! almost all curtains stay, gazebo with cover stays, gutter leaf guards stay, outside camera system stays, and some other mystery items, but you'll have to look and guess what those are...
