There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a living room, formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen, and a family room downstairs. The house is detached with front and back yards. It's fully furnished except for the bedrooms. The house is just a few blocks from the J Church and is close to both the Balboa and Glen Park BART stations. It's also easy access to 101 and 280. I'm a 25-year-old SF native working in tech. I'm looking for roommates around my age who have a good-paying steady job. We're looking for long-term renters, for at least 1-2 years. Rent: $2200 for larger bedroom and $2000 for smaller bedroom.
