This historic home is located just 2.2 miles from downtown Jacksonville and features three bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. The available room is FURNISHED and includes a small smart tv and a personal mini fridge for your convenience. The two other rooms are currently being occupied with quiet, respectful tenants (room #1 has one adult, while room #3 has a child and an adult) all males. To make this spot work, I'm looking for tenants with no evictions within the last 2 years and a steady job/ income. Room #2 is: $700 a month. Flexible lease terms: Month to month, 6-months or 12-month options can be arranged. Water, electricity and internet are included in monthly rent. Rent: $700 a month for furnished room. No smoking in home. Keep common areas clean for everyone's comfort. What you do in your own room is your personal space and completely up to you as long as it does not impact the shared living areas.
