In the summer, it's easy to rent a kayak or bike from the nearby shop, and head into the wilderness for some summer fun on Big Wood River or hiking on one of the nearby mountains. In the winter, Bald Mountain offers an array of ski slopes for the ultimate snowy retreat. Get all your rental equipment in town, then head on up to the slopes for a day on the powder, whether it's skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing! For amenities and restaurants, the town of Ketchum offers plenty of options.
