The pool is on the same floor, a short walk from the back door! Likewise the workout area,the pool table, the theatre room, the conference room, the building's community access computers and hospitality areas, community shower, bathroom and kitchen facilities, nice outdoor barbecue areas and outdoor dining and TV are all accessible down the hall or out the back door of this unit. From our terrace we've had fabulous views of the Austin fireworks displays for years. It is an easy walk to Whole Foods or to the Hike and Bike Trail. Violet Crown Theater is a very easy walk as are numerous restaurants, nightspots, shopping, etc. Royal Blue Grocery (where everyone knows your name!) is on the ground floor and extremely friendly and convenient. Republic Park is a block away - site of weekly farmers markets and various other community dos. The Austin Music Hall is on the other side of the building for very easy access to all sorts of music events.
