The view from the 12th floor Solarium is beautiful, the marina and the Queen Mary and there is a lovely library you can relax in, or study, a great place to entertain your guests with that awesome view! There is an onsite manager for your convenience as well as additional storage in a storage room for each unit in the building. All the utilities are paid for in the $190/monthly HOA dues. Living here is cheaper than renting. Our tenants said it was a great experience and place to live. Very quiet and relaxing! No pets. Available parking space upon request.
