Designated residential parking right outside your door. This house is 110 years old, so it's not perfect, but it's very cozy and fully functional. There's no washer/dryer, but there is a 24-hr laundromat in Manitou (3-minute drive?). Although there is no yard, trails and a creek are steps away. $1000 refundable security deposit due before move-in (no pet fees). A $35 application fee will be credited to your deposit upon approval.
