Hello! We are living outside of the City currently but have our apartment available to sublet until April 30th, where the lease could be turned over and renewed. The building and apartment is fantastic. We have the apartment fully furnished currently and are willing to either leave it furnished or remove everything. We have cable and WiFi already setup and is no extra charge. However, the AC/Heating/electricity bill from ConEdison will be turned over to you to pay directly. The apartment is a one bed, one bathroom setup. The building has two elevators and an amazing roof deck. And the Subway is literally directly under the building, meaning you can be from your front door onto a train in about 90 seconds! This is an official sublet that needs to be approved by the Building with documentation needing to be signed. Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to the apartment through April 30th. However, we will also consider shorter-term rentals as well.
