Kitchen has updated appliances (Fridge, dishwasher, stove). Decent sized living room / small dining area. Coin operated washer/dryer in the basement of the complex and a small shared patio space. 1 parking spot in the basement garage with additional storage space above the spot. This is a small condo community, a bit quieter, with very respectful neighbors..mostly homeowners. So if you are looking for a place to throw crazy, loud parties...this is likely not a good fit for you. :) Location location location! This condo is at the top of Adam's point, literally ~1 mile from everything - Grand Lake, Lake Merritt, Lakeshore, Uptown, Downtown, 19th street Bart. It's up the hill from Whole Foods (.5 mile walk) and a couple blocks away from the P Transbay commuter bus if you go into the city for work. Right next to 580 in case you drive. As a landlord/owner I'm very responsive, very fair; and I ultimately want long term and happy tenants...so I try to go out of my way to make sure you and your living situation are taken care of.
