The Saturday Farmers market is probably a 3 minute walk! It is a cute home and the porch is a great place to "hang out." The home has been updated some and is fresh and clean. At 828 s.f. it's pretty small and the second bedroom is quite small! Very close to commuter rail station, Publix supermarket, movie theater, 23 acre walking park with pond and work out area, $7M community center with free membership and beautiful work-out room for $85/year, swim lanes, Park Avenue, Central Park, Hannibal Square, Winter Park Village, movie theater, etc. And by the way, you know all those management companies and fees for applications and challenges in finding a person to talk to about a prospective home to rent.
