According to 2 local real estate agents and to other homes that have sold in this specific neighborhood zillow isnt in the correct ball game - i guess because this is a non disclosure state they are off. Their are no homes in this subdivision that are for sale now nor in the last 6 months that have sold for less than 600,000. I may end up taking this off and going with a local realator. Homes here are going over asking price for the most part. Just added new premium roof and side porch and extended patio with a roof and put in a retaining wall and trimed trees. This doest show in the old zilliow pictures nor is covered in their estimates. I also redid cement steps and added wrought iron railings replaced out door lighting and added lighting and added premium security doors which are also not included in zilliows estimate. I have over 80,000 in improvements will zillow hasnt included since they have old photos and no updates on their site when i typed my address in. Homeowners is 150 per year.
