Rent will be paying the gas and electric and water. Garbage truck comes to pick up the garbage every Monday in the morning. No pets allowed. If the rent is not paid by the fifth of every month they'll be charge of $50 every five days and after 10 days of the late payment, will file the eviction notice for the tenants. Tenant will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining of the property. Any kind of maintenance need to be notified to the property manager and it will be resolved within 24 hours.
