Hey I am currently living in Spring Place Apartments and am needing someone to take over my lease so I can move out in June with my friends. Spring Place is a nice place and really close to everything. It is a four bedroom apartment with a private bedroom and bathroom of your own. You share the living space and kitchen with three other girls. It comes fully furnished which is awesome! The apartment complex has great amenities and is gated for your protection. I pay a little extra a month to have one of the larger rooms and it is worth it. Also I pay renters insurance through the apartment so that is an extra amount a month as well. All utilities are included except electricity. However, you share it between the four of you in the apartment and if you don't go over a certain amount each month they will take that amount off your next months rent. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay but I just need to move out with my friends that are in the same program as me in school. Hope to hear from you soon. Message me if you are interested!
