Old but in good working condition. Needs a remodel like every other older condo in Florida but it wall works fine and very livable. Location of this unit is superb which is why it holds the value so well. Inexpensive HOA and a trustee that runs the building like a machine and will always allow for guests and provide parking which is huge for family visits. Allows for younger people and the qualification is simple. All around good unit that was good to my Father that has good bones and strong foundation. It is one of two second floor corner units which is huge and allows for much needed privacy and protection from storms!
