All linoleum floors no carpet, also has your own washer and dryer hookups. Has appliances included, fridge, stove and Microwave. We do not allow pets unless service animals but prior to move me we need to know. To qualify you must make 3 times the rent and have proof of income and we prefer you to be on the job for 2 years. We also do a background check and verify rental history. Renter is responsible for their water charges every month for the water they use. We do not do year leases, but we can negotiate. All our parks are month to month leases. There is a $75.00 water deposit due at time of move in along with deposit and 1st months rent will be prorated.
