The building is next to a pediatrics office, across from a church, and next to other apartments and houses on the edge of the district. Very safe area where I feel comfortable walking at night as a woman with headphones in. Also close to the interstate where most of them intersect, but still in the heart of richmond. Within good distance of the pulse bus, I have taken many times to get to the downtown portions of the city. The museum district is my FAVORITE district, and I have loved living here for 6 years. The rental property owners are very prompt with fixes and great with communication. This is a 13 month lease starting June 1st. Monthly rent is $1250, including water and trash.
