The yard is fenced and there is a small front porch area. NOTE: The 1-car garage is used mainly for storage and laundry. It is behind a fence with a gate which would likely make parking a vehicle difficult and inconvenient. This Victorian Home has a funky charm you won't find in newer properties. The owner pays water, sewer, garbage and gardener, and the tenants are responsible for watering the lawns. A six (6) month lease is required but the Owner wants long-term tenants. No pets are allowed but a cat MAY BE CONSIDERED with an extra deposit. This is a NO-SMOKING property. Rental requirements are: Excellent and verifiable rental history; stable monthly income of at least 3x the asking rent; and a minimum FICO score of 625+ with no outstanding judgments or collections. All proposed occupants 18+ must complete an application and submit it with a current photo ID, proof of income, and a $40 application fee per person.
