Very homey, love the layout & neighborhood. Close to so many stores, i.e, Trader Joes, Costco, Vintage Faire Mall & close easy access to Freeway Highway 99. Have not made any structural changes, but have updated the 3 bathrooms, added a peninsula in the kitchen. Added beautiful bench/sitting area in front of Bay Window in the Nook area. Installed double pane windows, remodeled the kitchen w/Quartz counters & peninsula. Also spa deck has been redone. The backyard has all been re-done, looks awesome! Just a note, speaking to our neighbors it would be nice if Zillow would be more up to date in their home price estimates.
