OV Mosaic is fully furnished and pet friendly - located in Norfolk and offers 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condos and is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. About the space: Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a queen size bed Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. We allow rentals from 1 month to 89 days with the possibility to extend longer. Monthly rent is based on the months rented- rate is subject to change. If you are a good tenant, we may allow you to extend longer. We accept all major credit cards as form of payment To secure your spot, we'd send an initial invoice for half of the first month's rent + security deposit (refundable damage deposit returned at the end of your stay if there is no damage or smell of smoke) + cleaning fee. The initial payment is due within 48 hrs of receiving the invoice and rental agreement. All payments would be paid with a credit card and there is always a 3% processing fee included in the monthly rate. We will send a rental agreement as well to be signed electronically and an invoice to add the preferred payment method.
