$200 off the first month's rent! To view the inside of our properties renting for $700 and above we do require you to prequalify. We ask that you make 3Xs the amount of the rent. You are welcome to fill out the application online and email proof of income over, or simply bringing proof of income with you when doing the key rental. Key rentals are done Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. You will also need your ID & $20 in cash to do the key rental.
