    Master bedroom near FIU (3 minutes drive taking sw 117th ave toward back entrance of FIU). This room is fully furnished with your own private restroom and very large walk-in closet. It even has Hurricane shutters for windows in the event that Hurricane season decides to hit us hard again! Yikes Everything is included! High-speed internet, kitchen amenities, electricity, and water. This is a 2 bedroom condo with both rooms at opposite ends of condo, so you'll have plenty of privacy. It is a closed-gated, safe community. You'll be sharing the condo with my brother, who is in his 30s, works at the nearby Home Depot, and likes to keep to himself, yet he is very warm and friendly. He has his own bathroom, so you'll only be sharing the kitchen, really. This condo is located on the first floor and your designated parking space is right in front, which, when going through the patio makes it super convenient to carry groceries without having to get in elevators, or walk very far We generally don't accept pets here for various reasons, though given very specific circumstances, we can make an exception for the right candidate. My brother has a shy cat, which you will likely rarely even see, but in case you have cat allergies, it's something you should know. Monthly rent is $1450, 1st and last month for security deposit to move in. We also offer a simple month to month agreement, so no one feels trapped under contract. We simply ask you to give us at least a month notice in advance. High-speed internet, electricity, water, kitchen amenities. 1st and last month needed as security deposit before move in.
