Our duplex is located in a desirable neighborhood. It is steps away from Kiwanis Park that has, tennis courts, soccer fields, small children's playground & lots of nice trails that are kid & pet friendly. We have completely redone the interior of the duplex to include: new LVP in bedrooms, living room & bathroom; new counter tops, sinks & faucets in kitchen & bathroom; new refrigerator; new dishwasher; fresh paint throughout the unit; and new windows for efficiency. Highway 172 is less than 5 minutes away and will quickly lead you to Highway 41 or 43. All of the previous stated plus great neighbors in the other side of the duplex. We rent on a month-to-month basis. You can stay as long as you pay the rent on time, have no illegal businesses out of the dwelling, & maintain a friendly & pleasant attitude towards the neighbors & landlords. Sixty day notice is requested if you decide to move. Renter pays utilities: water, sewer, garbage & electricity. This way you only pay for what YOU use. Renter is responsible for all lawn care and snow removal including any fees from Village of Allouez that may be incurred for lack of care. Our pet policy allows for 2 small (25# or less) dogs OR 1 large (50# or greater) dog. We DO NOT accept cats. You must also provide current vaccinations for pets. Must know and follow the Village of Allouez Codes & Ordinances at time of move-in.
