We are an engaged couple in our late 20s/ early 30s looking to rent out our available rooms. We have one dog 10 year old Husky Shepard mix named Torrie. We both work full time Monday Through Friday partially at home and partially in the office. The house has a beautiful Mission Bay view, plenty of shared space and a large kitchen. We currently have 2 available rooms in a 3 bedroom house that we plan to rent out to only one tenant. The additional room could be used as an office or a shared guest room. If you would allow us to use the guest room as needed we can negotiate a reduced rental rate. It has a private bathroom with a shower/small tub. The larger bedroom is furnished with a full bed, smart TV, small dresser and sit/stand desk. The guest room has a large built in closet and storage cabinets. All common space areas and backyard are fully furnished. There is a built in closet in one of the rooms and you will have some storage space in the garage if needed. Month to month or year lease
