The apartment has South facing windows for incredible natural light all year round and is situated on a tree-lined street with stately Victorian homes and beautiful gardens outside of the front porch. It is a short walk (or a free shuttle ride) to either Drexel University or University of Pennsylvania. Absolutely no pets, credit and background check apply, available March 1st. Thanks for looking!
