Utilities and Additional Costs The Lease will specify: What utilities are included (e.g., water, trash, internet) What the Tenant must pay separately Any additional fees (parking, amenities, maintenance) 7. Move-Out Terms Tenant must give advance notice (typically 30 60 days) Cleaning requirements must be met Conditions to avoid losing the deposit will be defined 8.
